King Charles’ Cousin’s Husband Found Dead at 45: Tragic Cause of Death Revealed

In a heartbreaking incident, Thomas Kingston, spouse of King Charles’ cousin, was discovered dead at his parents’ Cotswolds residence. Authorities uncovered a firearm beside him, suggesting a self-inflicted fatal wound. The investigation commenced at Gloucestershire Coroner’s Court.

On February 25, after a family lunch, Kingston disappeared from his parents’ house. His father later found him critically injured in an outbuilding, where emergency services tried but failed to save him.

Senior coroner Katy Skerrett stated, “He found Mr. Kingston deceased with a catastrophic head injury. A gun was present at the scene. Emergency services were called. Police are satisfied the death is not suspicious.”

A post-mortem examination affirmed a severe head injury as the cause of death. This tragedy deeply impacts the royal family, with King Charles III and Queen Camilla extending condolences to Kingston’s family. Despite the grief, the family remains resilient amidst ongoing health challenges.
