Seven-Year-Old Abduction Case Featured on ‘Unsolved Mysteries’ Solved

Abdul Aziz Khan, who was abducted from Georgia in 2017 at the age of 7, has been found safe in Colorado. On February 23, 2025, during a burglary investigation in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, deputies discovered Abdul with his mother, Rabia Khalid, and another individual, Elliott Blake Bourgeois. Khalid had an active warrant for Abdul’s kidnapping amid a custody dispute. Both Khalid and Bourgeois face charges including kidnapping, forgery, and identity theft. Abdul and another child were placed into protective custody. His family expressed immense gratitude for his return and requested privacy to heal.
