Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Mashed potatoes 3 cups
Shredded cheese 1 cup
All-purpose flour 1/4 cup
Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
Chopped chives 2 tbsp
Sour cream 1/3 cup
Salt To taste
Eggs 2, beaten

Instructions:
