Warning Signs of a Heart Attack
A heart attack can strike suddenly, but often, the body gives warning signs. Recognizing these early symptoms can save lives.
🔴 Chest Discomfort – A feeling of pressure, tightness, or pain in the chest that lasts for a few minutes or comes and goes.
🔴 Pain in Other Areas – Discomfort may spread to the arms (especially the left), neck, jaw, back, or stomach.
🔴 Shortness of Breath – Feeling out of breath even when resting or doing light activities.
🔴 Cold Sweat – Unexpected sweating, similar to stress-induced or feverish sweating.
🔴 Nausea or Lightheadedness – Feeling dizzy, faint, or having an upset stomach can indicate a heart issue.
⚠️ Women’s Symptoms May Differ – Women often experience fatigue, nausea, or back pain instead of classic chest pain.
