Jimmy Fallon, known for his humor on ‘The Tonight Show,’ is under scrutiny for alleged mistreatment of employees. While he’s usually associated with positivity, a recent Rolling Stone report paints a darker picture.
The report cites 14 former and two current staff members who accuse Fallon of creating a toxic work environment since 2014. Accusations include intimidation, belittlement, unaddressed HR complaints, and harm to mental health. Fallon is blamed for this culture, described as irritable and unpredictable, often humiliating staff.
Two employees suggest his behavior might be linked to alcoholism, citing instances of intoxication during rehearsals. Additional claims involve Fallon writing insulting feedback and sending aggressive emails.
Fallon previously faced allegations in a sexual misconduct lawsuit related to ‘Saturday Night Live.’ Despite the ongoing WGA strike, his contract with ‘The Tonight Show’ was renewed until at least 2026 two years ago.
