Part 2 : The sound of the locket hitting the marble echoed like a gunshot in a cathedral.

The man didn’t touch it at first. He just stared.

Then slowly… his hand moved forward.

His fingers trembled as he opened it.

His face changed instantly.

Shock. Recognition. Fear.

A second later, his other hand instinctively went to his neck.

He froze.

Because there—hidden under his collar—was an identical silver locket.

Behind him, a woman stood up abruptly.

Woman (shaking): “That locket… it was supposed to be destroyed.”

The man whispered without looking away from the girl:
Man: “Who sent you?”

The girl stepped closer, voice calm but sharp:

Girl: “No one sent me.”

Beat.

Girl: “I came because of her.”

Silence shattered.

The woman went pale.

The man finally looked up—fully shaken now.

Man: “That’s impossible…”

The girl tilted her head slightly.

Girl: “My mother said you’d say that too.”

A long pause.

Then the truth hit the room like collapsing glass—something buried for years, finally surfacing in front of everyone, with no escape left.
