Snoop Dogg’s daughter, Cori Broadus, has shared distressing news about her health. In two Instagram Stories posted early this morning, the 24-year-old revealed that she has suffered a stroke. Accompanied by photos of her hospital room and herself in the hospital bed, Cori expressed her emotions about the situation.
In her initial post, Cori wrote, “I had a severe stroke this am. I started breaking down crying when they told me.” In a second slide, she shared a photo of herself in the hospital bed and wrote, “Like I’m only 24. What did I do in my past to deserve all of this.”
Unfortunately, this is not Cori’s first health issue. TMZ reports that she was diagnosed with Lupus at the age of 6. In a People interview in September, Cori shared that she had been on a long health journey but was doing better than ever. She mentioned taking a more holistic approach to her health after a suicide attempt in 2021, stopping all medication and embracing natural methods such as herbs, sea moss, and teas.
Cori explained that her body was adjusting to the new regimen, focusing on natural remedies and a healthier lifestyle. This decision stemmed from her desire to move away from a life of depending on medication since childhood. She had been taking numerous pills daily since the age of 6, prompting her to make a drastic change for a better quality of life.
It remains unclear if her recent lifestyle change is connected to the health issues she is currently facing. The situation is developing, and updates will be provided as new information becomes available. Mamas Uncut will continue to report on this matter.
