Phyllis Pena, a resident of Lake Jackson, Texas, witnessed a disturbing sight upon returning home from errands – a man peering into her teenage daughter’s bedroom window around 7 a.m. Acting swiftly to protect her child, Phyllis called the police, causing the 19-year-old suspect to flee. Despite his attempts to escape, the police soon captured him. What followed was a brave act by Phyllis and her daughter, who risked their lives to help apprehend the suspect, as captured by the police dashcam.
