This blonde bombshell of the ’70s still knows how to pack a punch on screen

Sally Struthers, renowned for her role as Gloria Stivic in “All In The Family,” remains an iconic figure in entertainment. The show, known for its humor and social commentary, catapulted her to stardom during the 1970s. Sally’s brilliant portrayal of Gloria earned her two Emmys and established her as a rising star.

After leaving “All In The Family,” Sally faced the challenges of typecasting, struggling to find diverse roles. Nevertheless, she made her mark in projects like “Match Game” and “Gilmore Girls.” She also pursued her passion for theater, regularly performing at the Ogunquit Playhouse in Maine.

Beyond her entertainment career, Sally has dedicated herself to philanthropy, advocating for impoverished children through the Christian Children’s Fund.

Today, at 75, Sally Struthers remains an active figure in the entertainment industry, primarily in theaters outside Los Angeles. Despite personal challenges and hurtful comments on social media, she continues to bring laughter to others, her true calling.
